1. This very special offer requires FULL PRE-PAYMENT at time of booking and is non-refundable nor transferable to another date. Payment will be taken directly from the card details provided.

2. This offer is available Sunday to Friday on selected dates only (not on Saturdays or during busy conference times).

3. This offer is exclusively available online and must be booked in advance.

4. The dinner allowance is valid in the Orchid restaurant or for room service. Ensure to book a table to avoid disappointment. The allowance is valid during your stay and will be lost if not used.

5. This offer is only available for a limited number of rooms and can be withdrawn at any time. Also a certain room type may not be available for this offer whilst another one is? this again varies according to our availability. We recommend that you reserve early to ensure availability.
