Cancellation Policy
 

Any cancellations or changes of  reservation dates for flexible rates must be made by 12.00pm local time, two days prior and seven days prior (for group bookings) to scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty of total room rate. Non-refundable rates are also non-transferable and will be chargeable of the entire stay if cancelled at anytime after the reservation has been made.

Guarantee Policy
 

All reservations require a guarantee or deposit in lieu. Methods that are accepted as a guarantee include: credit card, deposit, a pre-approved travel agent or a pre-approved company. Guaranteed reservations are held until noon the day after the scheduled arrival.

Deposit Policy
 

A deposit(total room rate) for flexible rates will automatically be taken from the credit card provided, from 3.00pm local time, two days prior to scheduled arrival. If you are using a credit which have been agreed with us due a cancellation of a previous reservation, please note, that this is no longer refundable under the terms of the initial reservation it is related to despite any new confirmation you may receive for a new booking and you will only be allowed to use this once.
 

Debit/Credit Card Policy
 

We reserve the right to use the card details provided on booking to take payment for any cancellation fee or any outstanding charges not settled on departure. We also reserve the right to charge the guests the cost of rectifying any damages to the hotel's property, even when this damage comes to light after the guests’ departure.
 

Please note we do not accept AMERICAN EXPRESS.

For reservations requiring 4 rooms or more please contact our reservations team.

Gift vouchers

Please call our reservations team to make a hotel reservation using a voucher. Your voucher will be held as a deposit.

Pet and Guide Dog Policy

We regretfully do not allow pets in our hotel except for guide dogs.

Extra Beds

Some of our Executive Superior Rooms comes with rollaway beds and two of which also has a sofa bed which is chargeable of £25 for each extra occupancy. A travel cot can be provided for free for those travelling with babies.

Meal Plan

Our rates consist of Room Only or Bed and Breakfast. Additional breakfast can be requested at check-in which is chargeable of £12.95 per person.

Parking & Electric Charging

Due to limited capacity, a reservation is required to park your car in our private car park and a £12 daily fee per car applies. Please call our reservations team on 01423 560 425 to book a space. There are also four electric charging pod points are also available at the site.

 

No Smoking Policy

In line with the current legislation, smoking inside our hotel is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to issue a fine of £150 for damages and inconvenience caused.

Lost Items

Any lost property found will be kept for 3 months and will then be disposed of. Should you request any of your items to be returned, it will be at your own expense. We do not take responsibility for any personal belongings lost within our premises.

Damages 

Any damages caused by our guests to our property will be chargeable depending on the value of the damaged item/s or part of the building. Should any of our property be found not functional or damaged in any way, we kindly ask that it is reported to us immediately.
