The Orchid Restaurant presents two private dining rooms. Ideal for intimate private dining served with the finest and full attention of your own waiter.
The Buddha Room in the main restaurant seats between 8-12 guests.
The O Conference Room on the first floor seats between 14-20 guests.
Both of the rooms have access to WiFi offering guests an opportunity to play their own music via a wireless Bluetooth speaker.
The O Conference Room has the added benefit of being fully equipped for all corporate dining and requirements.
Whatever the occasion; birthdays or just simply a gathering of friends, the private rooms are ideal for small private celebrations. We strongly recommend set menus when private dining and offer a personalised menu service.
Wedding Breakfasts can be enjoyed exclusively in the private room which seats up to 20 people. The room’s plush and contemporary tones allow for a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere with a lounge area available next to the room for smaller parties. The room and lounge areas offers separate access to bathrooms and the Hotel O bar is adjacent. All other arrangements can be discussed with management to add to your special day.
We will provide complimentary printed personalised menus and existing flower arrangements for the room only. All other flower arrangements are payable additionally and we will be delighted to discuss your exact requirements with our florist. We will also be delighted to discuss arrangements for cakes and different options for favours to add to your special day.
Private Event Catering
If you would like private catering at home we can assist in recreating the dishes and create your own menu for private dining. This is exclusive and is available on a select basis. A minimum charge applies.

The Orchid provides the perfect environment to host corporate dining. We assist in the design of the menu and can personalise the menu with the corporate logo. We are used to hosting buffets and events up to 120 people at a time. Please feel free to contact us for further details.
